Keto Breakfast
So easy! 

Bullet Proof Coffee (Often my breakfast)

  • Fresh ground, good quality coffee or espresso
    • I've tried with Folgers while travelling and it's gross
  • 2tbsp butter
  • Sweetener to taste (Optional)
    • I use 2 drops of liquid Stevia
Brew coffee normally. Pour 1-2 cups of coffee into blender, add butter and sweetener. Blend until frothy, then enjoy! 


Coconut Flour Pancake
  • 1tbsp coconut flour
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • Sweetener to taste
    • I have grown to love this w/o added sweetness
  • Pinch of salt
    • I use Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1tbsp water if needed
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. It helps if they are all room temp so your coconut oil stays liquid. Warm skillet over low-medium heat and cook like a regular pancake. It will bubble and everything. Usually cook for 1-2 min per side. 
Eat as is or with butter, coconut oil, cream cheese, or sugar free syrup.

Eggs/Omelets

  • Cook to your liking!
  • Try 2 eggs scrambled, served with 1 tbsp butter


Bacon/Sausage

  • Cook til done
