Day 3

Measured my hips today, sigh: 43.5

Breakfast:
1 Egg
2oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Avocado

Lunch:
7-Layer Salad
Leftover Pork

Snack
2 Squares Chocolate (90% Cocoa)
Espresso w/ heavy cream

Dinner:
1/2 Abocado
Not super hungry

No real exercise today unless you count cleaning...

Still in the dark though
